NOTES
- Indiana plays its third ranked team in four outings on Wednesday night in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. It's arguably the toughest stretch the Hoosiers have faced in their non-conference in program history. It will be the first time since 2009-10 that it will face three ranked teams in four games. IU played then ranked No. 15/18 Virginia, No. 12/9 Florida State and No. 22/21 Michigan State. They also faced three-straight ranked opponents during Big Ten play in 2017-18 (No. 23/20 Michigan, No. 10/10 Ohio State and No. 14/15 Maryland).
- The Hoosiers are playing its second-straight Big Ten/ACC Challenge game on the road this season at Miami on Wednesday. They went to Wake Forest last season and picked up the win, 87-73, on Nov. 30, 2018 in Winston-Salem. All-time in the challenge, IU is 7-5 and 4-2 on the road. This will be the second meeting of the Hoosiers and Hurricanes in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge, last time in a Dec. 5, 2008 meeting in Miami.
- Redshirt junior guard Ali Patberg earned Paradise Jam All-Tournament team honors as she helped guide IU to a 2-1 record in the highly competitive Reef Tournament. IU picked up a win over No. 5/6 South Carolina and Washington State while falling in a competitive game to No. 2/2 Baylor. Patberg was also named to this week's Big Ten Player of the Week honor roll for her 15.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game while shooting 60 percent from the field in three games.
- IU is led by four players in double figures including sophomore guard Grace Berger's leading 14.9 points per game. Freshman forward Mackenzie Holmes (13.0 ppg., 6.3 rpg.), Patberg (12.4 ppg., 5.4 apg.) and senior forward Brenna Wise (10.7 ppg.) all lead the Hoosiers' offensive attack.
