NOTES
- Indiana returns home after nearly three weeks on the road where it played in the Paradise Jam in the Virgin Islands and in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge against Miami. The Hoosiers went 3-1 in the road swing that featured top-25 wins over No. 5/6 South Carolina and No. 21 Miami.
- A win over Miami helped the Big Ten secure the win over the Atlantic Coast Conference in the two league's yearly challenge. It's the first time the Big Ten has won the challenge. Indiana improved to 8-5 overall and have posted back-to-back wins in the series.
- Junior guard Jaelynn Penn paced her squad in the win over the Hurricanes, with a season-high 17 points including a perfect 6-for-6 at the free throw line in the final 1:17 of the game to help seal the victory.
- IU continues to climb in both major polls this week, up to a program-high No. 14 in the Associated Press and No. 16 in the USA Today/WBCA Coaches poll.
- Redshirt junior guard Ali Patberg was named to the Paradise Jam All-Tournament team, Big Ten Player of the Week honor roll and most recently to the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award watch list. She is the team's second leading scorer with 12.4 points and a Big Ten high 5.5 assists per game along with 5.5 rebounds per game.
- North Florida comes to Bloomington for the second-straight season on Saturday night. Indiana leads the all-time series with a pair of wins in 2005 and in 2018.
