Women’s Tennis Hosts Three Matches

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana women's tennis team will host three matches this weekend at the IU Tennis Center with James Madison, Notre Dame and Saint Louis.
Dedicating the Season in Loving Memory of Harrison & Shelby
The Indiana women's tennis team is dedicating the season in memory of Harrison & Shelby, kids of IU women's tennis alum Stephanie Reece. The Hoosiers will wear a special patch on their uniforms in their memory.

Indiana vs. James Madison: February 9 at 11:00 a.m.
Indiana vs. Notre Dame: February 10 at 10:30 a.m.
Indiana vs. Saint Louis: February 10 at 6:00 p.m.

Last Time Out
After dropping their first dual match of the season, the Hoosiers have won four straight, including three matches last weekend. Indiana took down Western Michigan (7-0) to start the weekend and added wins over Marquette (6-1) and Butler (7-0) the next day.

Madison Appel and Natalie Whalen have each record 11-2 records in singles competition to lead the Hoosiers this season. On the doubles side, Appel and Jelly Bozovic have teamed up to go 10-2 and Whalen and Caitlin Bernard have a season record of 12-2.

Indiana will hit the road for the first-time next weekend to take on Tennessee and Kentucky before returning home for six straight matches at home.
