Indiana University is in its 119th season of competition in men's basketball. The Hoosiers are coming off a 77-72 loss at home to #20 Iowa on Thursday. Ohio State is enjoying a two-game winning streak after topping Penn State, 74-70, at home Thursday night.

HONORING BILL GARRETT AND BLACK HISTORY MONTH
In recognition of Black History Month and the 70th anniversary of IU great Bill Garrett breaking the Big Ten Basketball color barrier, adidas and the IU will wear a special uniforms against OSU. The uniforms also honor the Harlem Renaissance Movement of the early 20th Century and its impact on the African-American community and the sport of basketball.
THE COACHES
Indiana Coach Archie Miller is in his 2nd season of guiding the Cream and Crimson. He has a 29-25 record since taking over the Hoosiers. He is 168-88 in 7-plus years as a head coach, which includes 6 years at the University of Dayton. His Flyer teams made NCAA Tournament appearances in each of his last four seasons, including a trip to the Elite Eight in 2014. Chris Holtmann also is in his 2nd year with the Buckeyes.

Senior forward Juwan Morgan and freshman guard Romeo Langford were selected to the 10-member Preseason All-Big Ten team. Langford is the top freshman scorer in the conference averaging 17.6 ppg. He has averaged 20.3 points in the last 3 games, including 22 against Iowa. In addition, he is shooting 42.1% from long distance during that stretch. He has been named Big Ten Freshman of the Week 4 times. Morgan earned Big Ten Player of the Week honors and USBWA Oscar Robertson National Player of the Week accolades after his record-setting 35-point effort against Butler. After ranking as high as 2nd in the nation in field goal shooting a few weeks ago, the Hoosiers have shot just 36.5% in their last 5 games. Langford, Morgan, and sophomore Justin Smith have started all 23 games for the Hoosiers. Smith had his best all-around game with the Hoosiers in the win over #6 Michigan State with 13 points and 10 rebounds, his third career double-double, and 3 key blocked shots, including a game-saving tip of Cassius Winston's potential game-tying layup with 3.4 seconds left in overtime.
Junior De'Ron Davis (ankle). Davis, who had only played 31 minutes in 6 games since December 19, played a season-high 25 minutes and posted more season-high's in points (12), rebounds (6) and assists (4) against the Spartans. Against Iowa, he played 23 minutes and had 4 points, 5 boards and a career-high 7 assists. Sophomore Al Durham is averaging 13.0 points in the last two games. He is shooting 50.0% from three-point range, making 5 of 10 attempts from downtown.
