Hoosiers Wrap Up Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – No. 16 Indiana Rowing wrapped up competition in the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational in a morning session against Clemson and Alabama on Sunday.
The Hoosiers finished second in the Varsity 8 and Varsity 4 races that took place at Lake Melton. In the 1V8, IU came in just a second off the leader Alabama at 5:43.998.
The Second Varsity 8 (6:00.652) and Second Varsity 4 (6:41.913) also picked up second place finishes their respective races as the Hoosiers closed out its week-long spring break training.
IU is back in action on Sunday, March 24 in a scrimmage against Eastern Michigan in Bloomington.
