Hoosiers Rank Top-25 in Attendance for 2018-19 Season

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana wrestling team ranked 21st in average attendance among NCAA DI schools for the 2018-19 season.
The Hoosiers had seven dual matches on the season and had an average attendance of 1,286 per match.
This was the first year for Indiana Wrestling in their new arena, Wilkinson Hall. Their top crowd of the season was 1,962 when Indiana hosted No. 1 Penn State.
"Thanks to the Wilkinson Family, Fred Glass, and the administration for the beautiful new facility and thanks to the best fans in the country," IU head coach Angel Escobedo said. "We hit record numbers for attendance and we will continue to grow this program for years to come."
The attendance figures were compiled by Alex Steen of TheOpenMat and Jason Bryant.
