No. 15 Indiana Heads To Big Ten Championships In Wisconsin

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 15 Indiana Rowing team will compete in Sunday's Big Ten Championships at Devil's Lake in Barbaroo, Wis. Racing begins at 9 a.m. ET and will be live on BTN Plus.

NOTES
- Eight teams from the league will compete in the event with boats from Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Rutgers and Wisconsin
- Six of the eight teams are ranked in the top 20 in the latest US Rowing/CRCA Poll in No. 5 Michigan, No. 6 Ohio State, No. 11 Wisconsin, No. 12 Iowa, No. 14 Rutgers and No. 15 Indiana. Minnesota and Michigan State are both receiving votes in the poll.
- This marks the third time Wisconsin will play host to the Big Ten rowing championships, and the first time since 2007 on Lake Wingra. The Badgers also hosted the inaugural 2000 championships on Lake Wingra. This year also marks the first time since 2010 that the Big Ten championships will be held outside of Indianapolis.
- The winner of the 2019 Big Ten Rowing Championships will receive an automatic bid into the 22-team NCAA championships that take place May 31 – June 2 in Indianapolis.
- The Hoosiers were last out on the water on April 27 when it took fourth place in the Longhorn Invitational.
