Cronk, Jones, Westbrook Headed to B1G Football Media Days

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Offensive lineman Coy Cronk, linebacker Reakwon Jones and wide receiver Nick Westbrook will represent Indiana Football at the 2019 Big Ten Football Media Days and Kickoff Luncheon. The event will be held Thursday-Friday, July 18-19, at the Hilton Chicago.
Cronk has started all 36 games in which he has appeared at left tackle since his arrival at Indiana, missing just one game due to injury.
The Lafayette, Ind. native helped the 2018 Hoosiers rank second in the Big Ten and tied for 24th nationally in first downs per game (23.5) and third in the league – 36th nationally – in passing offense (257.8).
Jones had a breakout season for Indiana in 2018, totaling 36 tackles, 24 solo, 4.5 for loss, one sack, one fumble recovery, two pass breakups and one quarterback hurry.
The Lynn Haven, Fla., product started 10 times on the weakside for the Hoosiers and was a two-time IU defensive player of the week honoree, earning the accolades for his performances against Virginia and Ball State.
Westbrook returns for his final season after posting team-best totals of 590 yards, 49.2 yards per game and 14.0 yards per catch in 2018 for IU.
The two-time Biletnikoff Award Watch List honoree and three-time Academic All-Big selection is the 19th Hoosier to reach 100 catches (102) and 1,500 yards (1,654) in a career.
