BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 4-ranked Indiana University men's soccer team played in-state rival and No. 16 Notre Dame to a 1-1 draw on Tuesday night at Jerry Yeagley Field at Bill Armstrong Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
• The Fighting Irish (3-1-1) took the lead in the 40^th minute on a goal from Ben Giacobello after the Hoosiers (3-0-2) had controlled possession for the majority of the first half.
• Freshman Herbert Endeley netted another clutch goal for Indiana, heading home a beautiful cross in from Simon Waever in the 67^th minute to tie the match at 1-1.
• For the fifth-straight time to start the season, the match would head to overtime for the Hoosiers. Despite out-shooting Notre Dame, 25-8, the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

NOTABLES
• Five-straight overtime matches is a first in the history of Indiana men's soccer.
• IU is undefeated in the team's first five matches of a season for the third time in the last four seasons and for the 16^th time in school history.
• The Hoosiers are undefeated in the team's last 29 matches (26-0-3) at Armstrong Stadium.
• IU out-shot Notre Dame, 25-8, and had an 8-3 advantage in shots on-goal.
• Indiana improved to 3-0-1 in the last four matches against Notre Dame. In the series history, IU holds a record of 31-10-3 against the Fighting Irish.
