Hoosiers Host Three Matches This Weekend

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– The Indiana women's tennis team is back at home to host its first home dual matches of the season. Indiana will host Kentucky on Friday and Xavier and Western Michigan on Sunday.

Last Time Out for the Hoosiers
The Hoosiers traveled to Tuscaloosa, Ala., for matches against Alabama and UAB. The Hoosiers lost 4-0 against the Crimson Tide, but rebounded for a 4-2 win over UAB. Out of the three singles matches that did not finish, the Hoosiers were leading in all three of them.
A Look at the Stats
The Hoosiers have seven different players with five or more singles wins on the season, led by Alexandra Staiculescu with seven wins. In doubles Michelle McKamey and Lexi Kubas have combined for an 8-1 record and Annabelle Andrinopoulos and Jelly Bozovic are a combined 8-4 on the season.
2018-19 Season in Review
The Hoosiers finished 16-11 overall and 6-5 in Big Ten dual matches last season. Seniors Madison Appel and Natalie Whalen earned All-Big Ten Honors.
