Where are you at right now?
I am currently still in Bloomington!
What is your major?
I just finished my Community Health Degree with a minor in Gerontology.
How are you interacting with your teammates?
I have been interacting with my teammates day to day through texting and calling each other. It also helps that we have the occasional zoom meeting so I can see everyone's faces together. I can't wait to be able to practice with them all again.
What gives you encouragement and motivation during this time?
I have been encouraged by the idea that although were in the offseason now, this is the time when strides are made to put you that much further in front of your competitors. I try to keep this in mind when pushing through that one last rep in workouts.
What is something you and your family are doing to pass the time?
My fiancé and I have been enjoying the weather and doing a lot of landscaping. On the rainy days I have also taken up refurbishing old pieces of furniture!
What shows are you catching up on?
Game of Thrones and Grey's Anatomy
What are you most looking forward to when you get back to practice/competition?
Seeing all of my teammates in person and being able to push each other through the workouts together.
What advice do you give to your fellow Hoosiers during this time?
Stay focused and keep your sights set on your goals. Tough times won't last forever and we all have the capabilities of coming out of this stronger than we went into it.
