Women’s Tennis Earns All-Academic Team Award

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– The Indiana women's tennis team has earned recognition from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association with the ITA All-Academic Team Award.
Additionally, Michelle McKamey and Annabelle Andrinopoulos earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
To earn the team award, the IU women's tennis squad had to have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above. For scholar-athlete recognition the standard was 3.5 or above.
Both McKamey and Andrinopoulos earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and McKamey earned the Big Ten Postgraduate Scholarship.
McKamey will start Optometry School at IU in the fall and Andrinopoulos will begin a master's in Finance through the Kelley School of Business.
"I'm very proud of our team for this academic achievement," IU head coach Ramiro Azcui said. "They have worked very hard and it's great to see them recognized."
