UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Indiana women's tennis team dropped a tight match 4-3 on the road at Penn State on Friday.

The Hoosiers swept all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point and build a 1-0 lead in the match.

Laura Masic notched her first career singles win with a 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 victory. Alexandra Staiculescu also added a victory for the Hoosiers in singles.

Up next the Hoosiers travel to Columbus for a match on Sunday with Ohio State.
