
Eight Hoosiers Earn Winter Academic All-Big Ten Honors

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Eight Indiana women's basketball players have been named 2020-21 winter Academic All-Big Ten honorees, announced by the league on Wednesday.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be enrolled full-time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
The Hoosiers set a program record for most Academic All-Big Ten honorees in a single season, surpassing last year's seven who earned the distinction. Patberg and Penn each earn their third-consecutive honors while Berger repeats as a selection from a season ago. Holmes, Noveroske, Patterson, Waggoner and Wisne all earn their first distinctions.
