BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – In the first outdoor match of the season, the Indiana men's tennis team lost to Northwestern 4-0 on Sunday afternoon.

Ilya Tiraspolsky and William Piekarsky opened the match by winning 6-4 at No. 3 doubles, but the Wildcats bounced back to take the doubles point.

Bennett Crane, Carson Haskins and Luka Vukovic all forced their singles matches to three sets but they all ended as unfinished.

The Hoosiers will hit the road next weekend for a weekend trip up north. IU will play Wisconsin on Friday afternoon in Madison starting at 3:00 p.m. EST.
