No. 21 Hoosiers Fall on the Road at Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 21-ranked Indiana University baseball team fell on the road at Michigan, 10-3, in Ann Arbor, Mich. on Friday evening at Fisher Stadium.
With the loss, the Hoosiers fall to 23-11 on the season overall and in Big Ten conference play. The Wolverines improve to 24-12 on the year and in league action.
KEY MOMENTS
• After Indiana took the lead on a two-run single from INF Cole Barr in the top of the third inning, the Wolverines responded with five runs in the bottom of the frame and three more in the fourth to seize control of the game. Barr finished the game with two hits on the day.
• OF Grant Richardson earned an RBI with a sacrifice fly in the top of the seventh inning.
• INF Jeremy Houston had a pair of hits and two runs scored.
NOTABLES
• RHP Reese Sharp tossed two shutout innings of relief, allowing just one hit with one strikeout.
• RHP Nathan Stahl pitched an inning of relief, allowing no runs while striking out a pair.
• INF Paul Toetz and OF Drew Ashley both extended their respective reached-base streak to 18 games each.
