BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– Indiana Field Hockey had a successful Sunday afternoon as the Hoosiers beat Ohio 3-0 at Deborah Tobias Field.

The win evens Indiana's overall record at 9-9 while still standing at 1-6 in their conference slate.

KEY MOMENTS
• Indiana got on the board at the end of the first quarter, at the 13^th minute when sophomore Sofia Arrebola Garcia scored off a penalty corner and was assisted by Jemima Cookson and Meghan Dillon.
• The Hoosiers dominated the second half on both ends. On defense, Indiana didn't allow Ohio to get a shot off the entire second half.
• Indiana extended their lead at the 49^th minute when junior Lara Mortz scored on the left side of the goal, lifting the ball above the goalkeeper's reach.
• At the 59^th minute, redshirt junior Sydney Keld scored via penalty stroke to put Indiana up 3-0 and seal the game.

NOTABLES
• Indiana outshot Ohio 26-4 for the game.
• Sixteen of Indiana's shots were on goal.
• Arrebola Garcia's goal was her fourth of the season.
