Indiana Wrestling to Have Wrestle-Offs on Friday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––––– The Indiana Wrestling team will have its annual wrestle-offs at 10 a.m. on Friday.
The event will be closed to the public but will be broadcasted on Facebook Live via the team's Facebook account.
The winners at each weight class will help determine the starting lineup for the team's season-opening dual at Southern Illinois-Edwardsville next week.
In the weight classes of 141, 165, 174, 184 and 285, it'll be a winner-take-all match for the spot at the weight class. For 133, 149 and 157, Henry Porter, Graham Rooks and Derek Gilcher all will have a bye at each weight class, respectively, and wrestle the winner of the preliminary match in the weight class.

4. 141 – Cole Rhemrev vs. Cayden Rooks
5. 165 – Isiah Levitz vs. Robert Major
6. 174 – Nick South vs. Donnell Washington
7. 184 – Drayton Harris vs. Santos Cantu
8. 285 – Jacob Bullock vs. Jacob Kaminski
9. 133 – Winner of Match #1 vs. Henry Porter
10. 149 – Winner of Match #2 vs. Graham Rooks
11. 157 – Winner of Match #3 vs. Derek Gilcher
IU will open its season at Southern Illinois-Edwardsville for a dual on Friday, Nov. 4 and then compete in the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open on Saturday, Nov. 5 in Saint Louis, Mo.
