BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana rowing begins a new season this weekend as it takes part in the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational Saturday and Sunday, March 19-20.

NOTES
- Indiana will race against competition from the Big Ten (Wisconsin), SEC (Alabama, Tennessee), ACC (Clemson, Duke, Louisville, Notre Dame) as well as Yale and the U.S. Naval Academy.
- In the March Pocock/CRCA poll, Indiana is the top vote receiver outside of the Top 20, earning 38 votes. The Hoosiers will face five Preseason Top 20 opponents this weekend: No. 11 Yale, No. 14 Duke, No. 16 Alabama, No. 17 Wisconsin and No. 20 Tennessee. Three more teams – Clemson, Navy and Notre Dame – also received votes. Louisville is the lone outsider in the poll facing IU this weekend.
- This weekend's regatta will be split in to three sessions, the first beginning on Saturday morning at 10:50 a.m. ET for the Hoosiers. Time for Saturday's afternoon session and Sunday's morning session are listed below.
- The Hoosiers have earned a spot in the NCAA Rowing Championships in six of the last seven full seasons and look to build on the program's momentum in 2022.
