OKLAHOMA CITY – The Indiana softball team finished off a 4-1 weekend in Oklahoma City with a 5-0 win over San Diego on Sunday.

Key Moments
• The Hoosiers didn't waste any time as Brooke Benson singled in the first to drive in Cora Bassett and give the Hoosiers a 1-0 lead.
• Indiana scored three runs in the third off another Benson RBI and a two RBI single by Brittany Ford.
• Indiana added a run in the sixth inning when Desiree Dufek scored a run.
Notes
• The Hoosiers improved to 16-6 on the season.
• Heather Johnson pitched a complete game to improve to 5-1 on the season. Johnson struck out six batters in the game.
• Freshman Taylor Minnick tallied a pair of hits for the Hoosiers.
• Tatum Hayes stole three bases to increase her season total to 17.
• The Hoosiers, who came into the weekend leading the NCAA in stolen bases added six in the game vs. San Diego.
• Brooke Benson went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
