BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana football program will look to rebound from its first loss of the season last weekend when it travels to Lincoln, Nebraska, for a primetime kickoff with Nebraska on Big Ten Network. It will be the second Big Ten contest of the season for both squads.

Setting the Scene
• Indiana (3-1, 1-0 B1G) heads to middle America to face Nebraska (1-3, 0-1 B1G) in the second Big Ten game for both programs Saturday, Oct. 1. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET inside Memorial Stadium (85,458; Field Turf) on Big Ten Network.
• The Hoosiers are 10-8-3 all-time against the Cornhuskers and will travel to Lincoln, Nebraska, for the second straight time and first since 2019. As Big Ten opponents, the two teams have split two meetings, with each winning on the opponents home field (2016, 2019).
• Of the 21 meetings in the series history, 15 of those have been played in October. Saturday's meeting on the first day of October is the second meeting on that date, joining the 1977 game in Lincoln.
