IU Softball Announces Fall Ball Slate

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana head softball coach Shonda Stanton has announced the 2022 Fall ball schedule. The Hoosiers will take the field seven times this Fall, with six games taking place at Andy Mohr Field.
Admissions to all home games will be free of charge.
Indiana will begin with an intra squad red and white game on Sept. 9 and 16. The red and white championship game is set for Oct. 7. IU Softball will also host a Lil' Sis meet and greet before the battle between the red and white on Sept. 16.
The Hoosiers will host their first opponent Bryant and Stratton College on Sept. 24. followed by Marian College on Oct. 1. The following weekend Indiana will host Lake Land College for a 10-inning match-up in Bloomington.
On Oct. 14, the Hoosiers will end Fall ball with a trip to Louisville for a doubleheader against the Cardinals.
"Fall ball is a great opportunity to install our system, develop individual skill sets, make gains in the weight room and began to forge our identity as a team," IU head coach Shonda Stanton said. "We are excited to showcase Team 50 with our red and white games highlighted by a Lil' Sis meet and greet and fired up for our anniversary celebration held Oct. 1st weekend."
