BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Men's Tennis swept the Butler Bulldogs, 4-0, in their first match of their double-header at the IU Tennis Center on Sunday morning.

Indiana's No. 1 doubles pair Patrick Fletchall and Ilya Tiraspolksy won the doubles point after a 6-2 win. No. 3 doubles duo, Sam Landau and Luc Boulier, clinched the point for the Hoosiers after a 6-4 win over the Bulldogs.

The Hoosiers had stellar performances in the singles matches, winning three straight matches in straight sets.

In the No. 4 singles match, Tiraspolksy earned the first solo win, 6-4, 6-2.

Fletchall followed that up with the win in the No. 1 singles match 6-2, 6-2, over the bulldogs.

Ekansh Kumar earned the fourth point after winning the No. 6 match 6-2, 6-3 to sweep Butler.

The Hoosier squad improves to 3-1 on the season. Up next, Indiana will compete against Ball State at 4 p.m. today at the IU Tennis Center.
