IU Men’s Tennis to Host Butler and Ball State

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––––– After a weekend on the road last week, Indiana Men's Tennis is back home for another double-header.
The Hoosiers will host in-state foes Butler and Ball State on Sunday, Jan. 29 at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the IU Tennis Center.
Indiana enters the weekend with a 2-1 record with decisive victories over Dayton and Toledo and a loss at Middle Tennessee State to their name.
Butler is currently 3-1 while Ball State is just 1-0 prior to this weekend's upcoming matches. Both teams will play in the days prior, though.
Butler will play Illinois and Illinois State tomorrow, while Ball State will host Illinois State today.
The Hoosiers have gotten a slew of strong play from everywhere in the lineup. In singles play, junior Ilya Tiraspolsky has gone 2-0 at No. 4 singles thus far. At doubles, the Hoosiers are a combined 7-1 across their three doubles teams.
