BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana Hoosiers men's golf program readies for the penultimate tournament of the fall fixture at the Quail Valley Invitational. The 16-team event is slated to begin with an 8:30 a.m. ET shotgun start on Oct. 15 at the Quail Valley Golf Club in Vero Beach, Fla.

• Six teams were included in the second edition of the top-60 of the GolfWeek team standings released on Oct. 5, headlined by 34 North Florida.
• Cincinnati (53), South Florida (58), UNC-Greensboro (No. 59), and Kent State (60) round out the top-60. Indiana ranks 47th in the poll.
• The first 36 holes of the event will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 15 with continuous play. The final round will also tee off with an 8:30 a.m. ET shotgun start on Oct. 16.
• In this event last season, Drew Salyers posted a personal-best scorecard of 199 (65-65-69; -17) to earn medalist honors. The Howard, Ohio, native became the second Hoosier (Jeff Overton – three times) to ever secure a three-round score under 200 for the Hoosiers.
• The golf course has played host site to several USGA and FSGA Championships, along with annual hosting of this collegiate event.
