MADISON, Wis. – The Indiana cross country teams finish eighth (men) and 11^th (women) in the Big Ten Cross Country Championships at Thomas Zimmerman Cross Country Course on Friday.

Graduate student Austin Haskett and sophomore Abe Eckman had a pair of top-25 finishes in the men's 8k race. Eckman finished in 22^nd with a time 25:01.0. Haskett crossed the line with a time of 25:03.3 to finish 24^th overall.

On the women's side, freshman Lily Myers led the team finishing 54^th in the 6k race with a time of 22:32.1 in her first championship appearance. Senior Phoebe Bates (56., 22:34.4) and freshman Grace Tyson (58., 22:38.0) crossed the line shortly behind.
