Indiana takes down Kent State on Senior Night

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– IU finished the season with a win against Kent State, 3-2, in an overtime game on Sunday afternoon.
The Hoosiers would go to overtime with the Golden Flashes on an Emma Thompson goal.
With the win, Indiana finishes the season with a 6-13 record.
KEY MOMENTS
• Senior forward Jemima Cookson started the Hoosiers off with a goal in the first minute of play. She was assisted by freshman midfielder Inés Garcia Prado and graduate forward Sarah Charley.
• Kent State would tie the game with a goal from Patricia Strunk later in the first quarter in the third minute.
• Strunk would add another score to put the Golden Flashes up 2-1 early in the third quarter. She was assisted by Bella Carpenter and Eva Usoz.
