Parking and Traffic Updates for Sunday’s Indiana vs. Purdue Women’s Basketball Game

Bloomington, Indiana – In preparation for hosting its first-ever sellout of an IU Women's Basketball game at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, IU Athletics is making a series of adjustments to parking and traffic for Sunday's game pitting the second-ranked Hoosiers and Purdue, which tips off at Noon.

- IU Athletics and IU Parking Operations are working toward clearing the IU Athletics campus parking lot in advance of the game to maximize parking options near Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall on Sunday. All parking in and around the stadium is free, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis;
- In addition to the abundance of free parking on the IU Athletics campus, free parking options are also available at the Kelley School of Business Parking Garage at 709 North Fee Lane, and at the Luddy School Parking Garage at 1015 East 11th Street. Both are within one mile of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall;
- While there will be no modified traffic pattern for entry or exit from the IU Athletics campus Sunday, there will be a significantly expanded event management staff to facilitate entry and exit from the IU Athletics parking lots;
- To facilitate entry into the venue, additional magnetometers (metal detectors) will be positioned at each entry point of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
