No. 18 Indiana Hosts No. 1 Stanford In MPSF Play

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 18 Hoosiers return home to resume MPSF action as it hosts No. 1 Stanford at Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center on Saturday afternoon.

NOTES

The Hoosiers are 13-7 overall and 0-1 in MPSF play. They began the season against UCLA on Jan. 20 in a 15-6 loss in Los Angeles.
This will be the 14^th overall meeting between the two schools, which dates back to 2001. This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams in Bloomington. All prior 13 games have been played in Palo Alto or at a neutral site.
Four Hoosiers have scored 20 or more goals this season including sophomore center Sophia Sollie and senior utility Zoe Crouch who have a combined 54 goals in 20 games for Indiana. Crouch's 28 goals are a team-high and rank seventh in the MPSF.
Sophomore attacker Skylar Kidd leads this season in assists with 17, which is third amongst conference foes.
Graduate student goalie Mary Askew has recorded the most time in the cage for the Hoosiers, recording 141 saves.
Indiana is coming off a weekend at the 2023 Barbara Kalbus Invite where it went 1-3 including a win over No. 16 UC San Diego.
