Indiana Men’s Tennis Falls to No. 69 Michigan State, 4-3

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. –––– Indiana Men's Tennis dropped a narrowly close match to No. 69 Michigan State, 4-3, on Sunday at the IU Tennis Center. It was also the last home match of the regular season.
After starting down 3-0 with Michigan State taking the doubles point and winning at No. 1 and 5 doubles, Indiana fought back with three-straight singles wins to make it 3-3.
Michigan State closed it out with a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 victory at No. 2 singles to win, 4-3.
Indiana's Ekansh Kumar, Ilya Tiraspolsky and Luka Vukovic all won in their singles matches.
After the matches, Indiana's Luka Vukovic, Mac Rogers and Patrick Fletchall were all honored as part of Senior Day festivities.
With the loss, Indiana's record dropped to 12-12 and 1-6 in the Big Ten.
Indiana Men's Tennis will be back in action next weekend for two road matches. The Hoosiers will play at Penn State on Saturday, April 22 and at Ohio State on Sunday April 23.
