URBANA, Ill. – The Indiana men's golf team shot a 596 (295-301; +28) on a cold, windy day to at the Fighting Illini Collegiate. The Hoosiers are tied for sixth at the Atkins Golf Course after playing 36 holes on Saturday.

• Fifth-year senior Thomas Hursey was the lowest-scoring Hoosier over the first 36 holes with a tally of 147 (75-72; +5). He notched a trio of birdies on Saturday.
• Fifth-year senior Mitch Davis finished play on Saturday at 149 (73-76; +7). He started strong with four birdies in his first six holes of the first round and finished the day with seven total between the two rounds.
• Senior Noah Gillard turned in his scorecard at 149 (75-74; +7). His lone birdie conversion of the day came on the 14th green in the second round.
• Junior Drew Salyers rattled off a two-round scorecard of 153 (74-79; +11). He converted four total birdies on the day with two each coming on No. 3 and No. 6.
• Senior Eric Berggren matched Salyer's scorecard of 153 (73-80; +11). He was nearly flawless in the opening round with 17-of-18 pars played.
• Fifth-year senior Harry Reynolds, playing as an individual, shot a 153 (77-76; +11). He tallied three total birdies on the day.
• Junior Robbie Bender III, playing as an individual, played a card of 159 (82-77; +17). His up-and-down day consisted of three total birdies.
