Jenkins Claims Triple Jump Title, Hoosiers Achieve Four Season Bests in Final Day at Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Kent. – The Indiana pole vault and jump squads concluded their weekend at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational with four season bests achieved and an event title from jumper Mahogany Jenkins.
Jenkins made a big leap in the Triple Jump with a personal best 12.72m/41-08.75 in her final attempt. She moved up three spots to win the event. She currently ranks third in the programs top-10 list and is No. 23 in the NCAA Division I Indoor rankings.
Serena Bolden also achieved a season-best in the Triple Jump with a mark of 12.17m/39-11.25.
Pole vaulter Nathan Stone posted a season-best performance with a third-place finish in the Elite group with a clearance of 5.42m/17-09.25. His mark currently ranks No. 8 in the nation.
In the Elite High Jump group, Grayson Rolen finished fourth, clearing a season-best height of 2.10m/6-10.75.
Up next, Indiana will compete at Notre Dame's Meyo Invitational from Feb. 2-3.
