No. 6 Hoosier Women Host Notre Dame

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 6-ranked Indiana women's swimming and diving team will officially open its season Wednesday (Oct. 23) in dual meet action against Notre Dame.
The meet will kick off at 3 p.m. ET inside the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center. The IU men's team will participate in an intrasquad exhibition simultaneously.

2023-24 SEASON REVIEW
The Indiana women posted one of their best seasons in the 2023-24 year, tying a program record seventh-place finish at the NCAA Championships. IU tallied four individual medals and 31 All-America honors, tying the program record.
Indiana's first Big Ten Championship since 2019 came in dramatic fashion as the Hoosiers walked it off, placing second in the 400-yard freestyle ahead of third-place Ohio State to finish one half of a point better in the team standings. Ching Hwee Gan, Brearna Crawford and Skyler Liu all won crucial individual Big Ten titles on the final day to help Indiana trim the margins.
The Hoosiers also celebrated a perfect 8-0 dual meet season, highlighted by victories over Kentucky, Michigan, No. 8 Louisville and No. 14 Wisconsin.
