SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Indiana men's golf team finished 13th at the Fighting Irish Classic after shooting a three-round score of 882 (290-302-290; +42) at the Warren Golf Course from Oct. 6-7.

• Sophomore Alec Cesare was the low Hoosier scorecard at 216 (70-75-71; +6) with four birdies stretched across three rounds. He tied for 22nd overall.
• Redshirt junior Clay Merchent shot a 221 (74-74-73; +11) with seven total birdie conversions.
• Sophomore Nick Piesen led Indiana with 10 successful birdie attempts. He finished the event at 221 (74-77-70; +11).
• Redshirt senior Robert Bender III played a scorecard of 225 (73-76-76; +15) with seven birdies.
• Sophomore Cole Starnes concluded the tournament with three birdies and a final tally of 229 (73-78-78; +19).
• In the Indy at Forest Hills event, freshman Taneesh Sirivolu paced the group of Hoosier individuals with a two-round score of 142 (73-69; +2) to tie for ninth. Redshirt junior Ethan Chelf shot a 143 (71-72; +3) to finish t-12th. Sophomore Neri Checcucci played a 145 (73-72; +5) and senior Kieran Hogarth compiled a 147 (74-73; +7).
