
Indiana Men’s Tennis Sweeps Brown, 7-0

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. –––– Indiana Men's Tennis earned their sixth straight win on Saturday afternoon, taking down Brown, 7-0, at the IU Tennis Center.
Indiana continued to find success in doubles play. Sam Landau and Jagger Saylor quickly earned a win at No. 2 doubles, 6-1. Facundo Yunis and Luc Boulier followed up with a win at No. 3 doubles, 6-3, to secure the advantage heading into singles play.
In singles play, consecutive wins from Facundo Yunis and Sam Landau on No. 1 and No. 2 singles put the Hoosiers in position to clinch the match.
Senior Ilya Tiraspolsky would clinch the match victory for the Hoosiers with a win at No. 5 singles, 6-1, 6-3.
Jagger Saylor and Michael Andre would each claim wins on No. 4 and No. 3 singles as well.
Freshman Nikola Kolyachev would finish the afternoon with a win at No. 6 singles, 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-5).
With the win, Indiana improves their record to 8-2 on the season.
The Hoosiers will finish their weekend with a match against Middle Tennessee on Sunday, February 11, At the IU Tennis Center. The match will start at 12 p.m.
