STANFORD, Calif. – Four different players scored goals but No. 15 Indiana couldn't keep up with a high-powered offensive attack from No. 3 Stanford as it fell 13-4 on Sunday afternoon at Avery Aquatics Center.

No. 15 Hoosiers Stopped At No. 3 Stanford
STANFORD, Calif. – Four different players scored goals but No. 15 Indiana couldn't keep up with a high-powered offensive attack from No. 3 Stanford as it fell 13-4 on Sunday afternoon at Avery Aquatics Center.
KEY MOMENTS
- Sophomore Nicole Tyner got Indiana (19-8, 1-5 MPSF) on the board late in the first on a 6-on-5 opportunity where she drew the exclusion with 1:26 remaining. Graduate student Zoe Crouch assisted on the play but faced a 4-1 deficit after the first eight minutes.
- They kept it within distance in the second as junior Skylar Kidd notched a goal with 26 seconds remaining but faced a 6-2 deficit. Nothing came across for Indiana in the third as the Cardinal (16-4, 4-1 MPSF) padded its lead with three more goals.
- Junior Sophia Sollie and senior Kallie White chipped in goals in the fourth.
NOTES
- Tyner, Kidd, White and Sollie all recorded goals on the day. White had two points in the game as she also added an assist. Graduate student Zoe Crouch added the other Hoosier assists on the afternoon.
- Senior Kiki Mein picked up a team-high and season-high three steals in the effort.
- Sophomore Jasmine Higgs had nine in goal while splitting time with senior Haley Hunter.
