No. 12 Hoosiers Take Part In Bruno Invite

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – No. 12 Indiana is set for its first weekend on the road as it takes part in the Bruno Invite.

NOTES

The Hoosiers are coming off a perfect 4-0 weekend at their own Indiana Classic with wins over Salem, No. 16 CSUN, No. 18 UCSB and McKendree.
Senior Skylar Kidd scored 15 goals on 18 shots and racked up six assists and five steals in the opening weekend. She tied a career-high with five goals each against Salem and CSUN and had a pair of goals in IU's victory over No. 18 UCSB. The Laguna Beach, Calif. native ended the weekend with a hat trick against McKendree.
Senior Portia Sasser tallied up 16 points over the weekend with a team-high 14 assists and two goals in four games. She set a career-high six assists in the win over CSUN.
Junior goalie Jasmine Higgs racked up 38 saves over four games including a weekend-high of 19 against UCSB.

The Hoosiers will again host a home tournament with the Midwest Invite on Feb. 8-9 at Counsilman-Billinglsley Aquatic Center.
