Indiana Men’s Tennis to Open Conference Play with West Coast Road Trip

LOS ANGELES, Calif. –––– Indiana Men's Tennis returns to action this week, opening up conference play with a road trip in Los Angeles.
On Friday, March 7, Indiana will begin conference play with a match against UCLA at the Los Angeles Tennis Center. The match will begin at 5 p.m. ET.
On Sunday, March 9, Indiana will play their last match of the road trip with a match against USC at the David x. Marks Tennis Stadium. That match will begin at 3 p.m. ET.
UCLA currently holds a 2-6 record this season, with their last match being a 4-3 loss to USC.
USC has put together a 6-4 record so far in the 2025 campaign, with their last match being a 4-1 loss to San Diego.
In singles play, freshman Braeden Gelletich has put together a strong season thus far, holding a 10-2 record in singles play. Sophomore Ben Pomeranets has also played well, holding an 8-2 record in singles play.
In doubles play, Michael Andre & Jip van Assendelft have been a very reliable duo for Indiana, holding a 5-1 record in doubles play. Matteo Antonescu & Sam Scherer have also put together a strong campaign, holding a 7-3 record in doubles play.
