Indiana Hosts Cincinnati And EKU For Saturday Doubleheader

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Women's Tennis continues its home stand during a doubleheader match against Cincinnati and Eastern Kentucky on Saturday, January 31st at the IU Tennis Center.
The contest against Cincinnati is set for 12 p.m. and a match up with EKU following at 4 p.m. The Hoosiers are looking to continue their momentum after defeating Kennesaw State and Butler in a pair of Friday matches last weekend.
Freshman Alessandra Teodosescu took two singles play wins against Kennesaw State (6-2,6-2) and Butler (6-0,6-1) to find her first collegiate victories. Alongside freshman Hi'ilani Williams, the pair went undefeated in doubles play, shutting out Butler (6-0) and taking the lone win in the contest against Kennesaw State (6-3).
Five Hoosiers also claimed singles wins against Kennesaw State to clinch the match victory 5-2. They were undefeated in doubles and singles play against Butler, taking the 4-0 win.
