Hoosiers Sweep Texas Tech at Home

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– The Indiana men's tennis team returned home for the first time since Feb. 1 and picked up a 4-0 win over the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
The Hoosiers secured the doubles point with a 6-2 win in No. 2 doubles by Michael Andre and Matteo Antonescu and a 6-4 win in No. 3 doubles by Facundo Yunis and Braeden Gelletich. The Hoosiers continue their hot start to the season in doubles, taking the point in seven of their nine matches so far this season.
In singles, Sam Landau moved to 3-1 on the season at No. 1 singles, cruising to a 6-2, 6-2 straight-set victory over Niksa Arsic. Braeden Gelletich and Jip van Assendelft picked up the other two singles points for Indiana, winning both their games in straight sets as well, lifting Indiana to a 4-0 victory.
Indiana turns their attention to Big 10 play as it hosts UCLA on Mar. 6 and USC on Mar. 8 to begin conference play.
