Hoosiers Host Cornell On Saturday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – No. 71 Indiana women's tennis looks to continue its home court win-streak against No. 69 Cornell at the Indiana University Tennis Center at 12 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

IU puts its perfect home record to the test against No. 69 Cornell. The pair first met in 2018 and most recently faced off in 2024 when the Hoosiers took away a 4-3 victory.

Notes

Indiana made its appearance in the ITA Rankings this week, coming in at No. 71. The Hoosiers are one of 11 Big Ten teams ranked in this week's Top 75.
Last weekend, the Cream and Crimson started its weekend with a 4-0 sweep over Bellarmine. The doubles point was secured with wins at doubles No.1 (Alessandra Teodosescu/Hi'ilani Williams, 6-1) and doubles No.2 (Elisabeth Dunac/Li Shin Lin, 6-4). Three Hoosiers picked up singles victories to add to the effort.
The weekend concluded with a 4-1 loss to Louisville in Louisville, Ky. A. Teodosescu and Williams took home a win at doubles No.1, defeating their opponent 6-4. Williams put IU on the board with a hard-fought win at No.5 singles (6-1 7-6 (7-2)).
