Meet Central: IUTF Splits for Three Meet Weekend

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana track and field team will break to three groups as they travel to their first split meet of the outdoor season. The Hoosiers will send team to Terra Haute, Ind., Winston-Salem, N.C., and Gainesville, Fla. To compete in the three day weekend, starting Thursday (Apr. 16) through Saturday (Apr. 18).

The distance and mid-distance group will start the weekend as they travel to Winston-Salem, N.C. for the Wake Forest Invitational. The throwers and select sprinters will make their way to Terra Haute, Ind. as they are set to compete in the Gibson Invitational, hosted by Indiana State University. Finally, the sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers will head south for the Tom Jones Memorial meet, hosted on the campus of the University of Florida.
