Indiana Opens Season at the Visit Knoxville Collegiate

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana Hoosiers men's golf program will open the 2026-27 season at the Visit Knoxville Collegiate hosted by Tennessee. The two-day event will be held from Aug. 31-Sept. 1 at Fox Den Country Club. The field features 15 teams that finished the 2025-26 season in the top 100 of the Scoreboard rankings.

• North Carolina, the ninth-ranked team in the final 2025-26 college golf ranking, headlines the 17-team field. Vanderbilt (No. 10), Tennessee (18), Charlotte (20), Georgia (27), Louisville (34), Mississippi State (37), South Carolina (41), NC State (52), Chattanooga (56), Memphis (58), Kentucky (64), Liberty (74), and Missouri (89) all closed the season inside the top 100 of the Scoreboard rankings. Indiana finished at No. 100.
• Indiana will be paired with Chattanooga, Louisville, and Missouri for the opening rounds.
• The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. ET for the first and second rounds on Monday, Aug. 31. The final round will utilize rolling tee times beginning at 8 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
