Won his first bout of the season, a 5-2 decision over Ohio State’s Joshua Fox, at the EMU Open (11/7) ... won a 3-2 decision in the wrestle-backs of the Keystone Classic (11/22) ... recorded his first dual win of the season, a pin in 1:54, over Brian Clark of Manchester (12/13) ... earned a win in the wrestle-backs at the Reno Tournament of Champions (12/20) ... reached the quarterfinals of the LHU Classic with two 4-3 decision wins in the first two rounds (12/29) ... won his first Big Ten dual bout of the season in sudden-victory against Maryland (1/15) ... secured a narrow 3-2 decision win against #7 Ohio State (1/29) ... took down Drake Stein for a sudden victory win against Purdue (2/7) ... rebounded with a pin in 1:32 in the consolation bracket of the Big Ten Championships (3/5).
