![]() Tom Bolyard - Men's Basketball, 1961-63 Won basketball letters in 1961, 1962 and 1963 and was captain in 1963...averaged 18 points per game in his career, which ranks 10th on the all-time IU career scoring average list...ranked third in Big Ten scoring in 1963 and scored 1,299 total career points...selected All-Big Ten in 1963...IU Gimbel Award Recipient in 1963...member of the IHSAA Silver Anniversary Team...served as an assistant IU basketball coach from 1965-1971...inducted into the IHSAA Hall of Fame in 1992...Director of Field Services for the IU Alumni Association and Executive Secretary of the "I" Men's and "I" Women's Association. |
![]() Hallie Bryant - Men's Basketball, 1955-57 Won basketball letters at IU in 1955, 1956 and 1957 with a career free throw percentage of .817 which set an IU record at that time...member of the Co-Big Ten Championship Team in 1957...played professionally with the Harlem Globetrotters for 13 years and then during the next 14 years served in various capacities, including public relations, advance game promotions and ultimately Game Director...was chosen Indiana's Mr. Basketball in 1953 after graduation from Crispus Attucks High School...member of the IHSAA Silver Anniversary Team...inducted into the IHSAA Hall of Fame in 1978. |
![]() Kathy Ellis Landgraf - Women's Swimming, 1961-64 All-American in 1961, 1962, 1963 and 1964...member of the United States Pan Am Team in 1963, winning the 100 meter butterfly...set world record in the 100 meter butterfly in 1963...member of 1964 U.S. Olympic Swim Team, winning gold medals swimming the anchor legs in the 400 meter freestyle relay and the 400 meter medley relay and bronze medals in the 100 meter butterfly and the 100 meter freestyle...graduated from IU in 1969 with a degree in nursing ...inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1991. |
![]() Ted Stickles - Men's Swimming, 1962-64 Won swimming letters in 1962, 1963 and 1964...won five Big Ten Championships in the 200 and 400 meter individual medleys from 1962-64...won six AAU National Championships in the 200 and 400 meter individual medleys...at one time held American and world records in both 200 and 400 meter individual medleys...broke world records seven times...team captain of the 1964 IU team that finished 2nd in the NCAA Championships...inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1995. |
