Indiana head football coach Curt Cignetti announced the addition of Gage Proctor as the assistant director of player personnel on January 26, 2024.
Prior to Indiana, Proctor worked at Western Michigan (2023) where he assisted the program as the lead defensive personnel intern. He assisted with recruiting boards, oversaw the defensive recruiting database, evaluated prospective student-athletes for the coaches and recruiting personnel, and assisted with visits.
A player personnel student assistant during his time as an undergraduate student at Texas Tech (2021-22) enabled him work directly with the Red Raiders’ director of player personnel for two seasons. He helped in evaluation, data entry, on-campus visits, and other assigned tasks.
Proctor earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Texas Tech in 2022.
