SOPHOMORE YEAR
Helped the Indiana cross country team earn an at-large bid to the 2007 NCAA Championships... was an all-region honoree during the cross country season after placing 25th in the 10K race with a time of 31:38.50
Indoor: Recorded personal bests in the 3,000 and the 5,000-meters during the indoor season ... clocked a time of 8:44.10 in the 3,000 at the Indiana Relays ... crossed the finish line in 14:57.05 in the 5K at the Tyson Invitational
Outdoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 29:55.28 in the 10,000-meters at the Mt. SAC Relays during the outdoor season ... scored one point at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meters.
FRESHMAN YEAR (2006)
Indoor: Turned in a personal best in the 5,000m with a time of 15:10.39 at the Alex Wilson Invitational, which marked the third best time in the event of the season.
Outdoor: Posted a personal-best time of 14:30.00, third team-best of the season, in the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational... also ran a personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 30.41.48, second team-best of the season, at the Mt. Sac Relays.
REDSHIRT YEAR
Ran 14:40 in the 5,000-meters at the Indiana Relays during the outdoor track season.
PREP/PERSONAL
Captured fourth-place honors at the Illinois state meet in the 3,200m... personal-best in the 3,200m was 9:16... ran a career-best 4:16 in the 1,600m... served as the captain of the cross country and track teams during his senior year.
