Chilibeck is in her second year as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Indiana and works with IU’s Novice program.
In her first season with the Hoosiers, Chilibeck and the IU coaching staff was named the CRCA National Coaching Staff of the Year after guiding the Hoosiers to their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Championship, where they finished 11th.
She came to Indiana after serving as a volunteer assistant coach at Oregon State. Before earning her B.S. in Nutrition Science in 2013, the native of Victoria, B.C., was a coxswain for the Beavers from 2008-12.
