Eileen O'Rourke is in her second year at Indiana University and serves as the academic advisor for diving, field hockey, rowing and women's soccer.
Prior to joining the Hoosier staff, O'Rourke completed a yearlong internship at the University of Memphis. While at Memphis, O'Rourke served as the academic advisor for men's soccer and assisted with NCAA initial and continuing eligibility. O'Rourke is also a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A).
O'Rourke earned a bachelor degree in history (2008) and a master's degree in sports administration (2010) from Eastern Illinois University. The Chicago native was a three year captain for the varsity women's rugby team.
