Knauss is in his third season with Indiana Rowing in 2018-19 after being named Director of Equipment and Operations in December of 2016.
In his first season, the Hoosiers advanced to the NCAA Championship for the fourth straight year and finished 12th as a team to become one of nine rowing programs in the country that have finished inside the Top 15 at the NCAA Championship in each of the last four years.
He was a member of the Liberty University men’s crew program from 2013-15 and served as team captain during the 2014-15 season, when the Flames finished seventh in the nation at ACRA Nationals.
Additionally, he rowed at ACRAs in 2013 and 2014, the 49th and 50th Head of the Charles, SIRAs in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Knauss graduated from Liberty University in 2016 with a degree in History.
